What is a locked rule snapshot?

The rules active when your account is created are stored with that account.

Future plan edits do not rewrite an activated account. Order limits, daily loss, drawdown, stop-loss requirements and allowed symbols are enforced by the server from the account's snapshot.

Was this not enough? Use authenticated Support and never include passwords or OTPs.
